Oceanic Bank Internet Banking platform, also know as OceanicOnline, is a secured web application that allows customers of the Bank to carry out some of their transactions online anytime, anywhere and not necessarily visit any of the Bank’s operating offices.

How To Apply
  • Please visit the link https://ibank.oceanicbank.com and click on Internet Banking Registration
  • Complete the online registration form, print and sign; then submit hard copy to any Oceanic Bank branch
  • You may choose to walk-in to any of our branches and register

Q: What do I need to get started?
A:  You need to have at least one current or savings account with Oceanic Bank (International) plc. Then, you need to apply for the Internet banking service

Q: How do I apply for the Internet banking service?
A:  We offer two ways to sign up:

  1. You may come into any of our Branches and apply for the Internet Banking Service.  Upon filling the form, your user name and password will be sent to the email address you provided when completing the form. 
  2. You may complete the application online, print the internet banking application form and take it to any Oceanic Bank for activation. Please read our Internet banking terms and conditions

Q: How secure is the Internet Banking service?
A:  The security of your accounts and the reliability of our service are of utmost importance to us. Our Internet Banking service is secure as we employ industry standard security techniques in the transfer of information over the Internet.

Q: When can I access my accounts?
A:  You can access your accounts through our Internet Banking service seven days a week, 24 hours a day. However, at certain times, some or all of the service may not be available due to routine system or internet maintenance.

Q: Is there an extra charge for using the Internet banking service?
A: There is no extra charge for using this service. However, a one time fee for Grid Card or Token will charged, while normal product fees will continue to apply to online transactions.

Q: What should I do if I think my password is lost or in the hands of an unauthorized user?
A:  If you suspect your password is lost or in the hands of an unauthorized user, report it at once:

A:  Request for a new User Name and password by:
